Taste

This is a darker rye sourdough bread that’s hearty and delicious. It’s definitely my new favorite bread from Costco! It’s made with oats, sunflower seeds, millet seeds, and flax seeds both inside and on the crust, which add extra crunch and flavor.

The bread has a noticeable tang from the sourdough that pairs perfectly with the earthy sweetness of the rye. It’s delicious whether toasted or not, and it makes amazing toast or a wicked sandwich!

Cost

There are three 550-gram loaves in the bag, and I paid $8.79 at Costco for the three-pack. That’s a really reasonable price in my opinion for such a wholesome bread option.

Convenience

I always pop my bread into the freezer as soon as I get it home. If you’re someone who keeps it out, the best-before date is about a week from when you buy it. My favorite way to have this bread is lightly toasted with peanut butter!

My husband loves it toasted with just butter, and we’ve also used it to make sandwiches — which turned out really good. This bread could also be used for French toast, made into bread crumbs for stuffing, or turned into homemade croutons!
