Costco RW Garcia Lentil with Tumeric Crackers Review

I’d say these are more like a chip than a cracker!

I love a good cracker so decided to pick up the Costco RW Garcia Lentil with Tumeric Crackers! I’ve reviewed the Costco RW Garcia Sweet Potato Crackers before here.

Taste

These have the taste and texture of a tortilla chip and not a cracker. They’re flavorful, crunchy and have a hint of tumeric flavor as well you can taste a tiny bit of earthy lentil flavor. The flavor on the crackers makes them a bit powdery. There’s chia seeds, sesame seeds and flaxseeds in the crackers. They’re ever so slightly sweet tasting and a bit hard to stop eating.

Cost

Expensive crackers! I paid $12.79 Canadian for the 850 gram box of RW Garcia Lentil Tumeric Crackers.

Convenience

These are great alone or with some cheese or a dip! There’s two 425 gram bags of crackers in the box. Unfortunately the bags aren’t resealable which would be extra convenient. The best before date is about six months from the date we purchased the crackers.

These are organic as well as gluten-free! 16 crackers is 130 calories, seven grams of fat, 110 mg of sodium, 14 grams of carbohydrates, one gram of sugar, three grams of protein and two grams of fibre.

I probably won’t buy these again, I feel like I could buy a bag of flavored tortilla chips for a lot less money that taste pretty similar.
