I’ve tried both the Southwest Chicken Wraps and the Asian-Style Chicken Wraps from Costco, and they were both really tasty. While vacationing in Maui recently, I came across these Kirkland Signature Thai Chicken Wraps in the pre-made meal section and decided to pick them up for an easy lunch or dinner. Find out whether I enjoyed them as much as the other Costco wraps I’ve tried by reading the review below!

Location in Store
These are located in the refrigerated pre-made meal section of Costco, near the Kirkland Signature Enchilada Bake and the Kirkland Signature Chicken Sandwich with Sauce tray. The item number is 14103.

Taste
These wraps are good, but not amazing. The wrap itself isn’t very flavorful, and the main fillings are cream cheese, chicken, spinach, and red onion. Most of the flavor comes from the sweet chili sauce.

If you’re worried about the wraps being spicy on their own, they aren’t. The only slight amount of heat comes from the sweet chili sauce. I like that they’re quite substantial in size and packed with chicken, which helps justify the cost. The chicken also seemed to be good quality, as I didn’t come across any unpleasant bits.

A large container of sweet chili sauce comes with the wraps, but I found it quite sweet—almost like adding candy to your wrap so I don’t feel it’s entirely necessary. However, without the sauce, the wraps are lacking in flavor. I think a peanut sauce would have been a much better choice!

Cost
The Kirkland Signature Thai Chicken Wraps cost $6.99 USD per pound, so the total price depends on the weight of the tray you purchase. My package cost $17.06 USD and included four wraps and a container of sweet chili sauce. That works out to just over $4.25 per wrap, which I think is reasonable considering their size and the amount of chicken in each one.

Convenience
These wraps are an easy and convenient lunch or dinner option, especially on a hot day when you don’t feel like cooking or turning on the oven. They need to be kept refrigerated, and the best-before date is three days from the date of purchase. We ate some on the day we bought them and finished the rest on the sell-by date, and they still tasted perfectly fine.

Nutrition
Calories
An 8.9 oz serving contains 210 calories, 23 grams of fat, 1,600 milligrams of sodium, 52 grams of carbohydrates, three grams of fibre, 14 grams of sugar, and 24 grams of protein. That’s a very high amount of sodium. I do like how much protein one wrap contains, but the carbohydrates and fat are also fairly high.
Ingredients
The ingredients list is extremely long—much longer than I’d like to see. There are also quite a few ingredients that I don’t love, including soybean oil, carrageenan, food coloring, and preservatives, just to name a few. Honestly, I wouldn’t eat these on a regular basis. If I were craving wraps often, I’d rather make my own at home.
The Thai Chicken Wraps contain wheat, milk, sesame, and soy, and may contain egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, crustaceans, and sesame.

Scoring
Taste: 7/10 (Not bad but not amazing).
Cost: 8/10
Convenience: 10/10
Nutrition: 4.5/10 Points for protein and vegetables.
Overall
Give it a try!
We had these with my parents, and they really enjoyed them, but they aren’t picky at all. I probably wouldn’t buy them again, they were just okay.
$6.99 USD per pound.
No they’re not gluten, dairy or soy free.
No they’re not. Just the sauce has a bit of heat.
