Costco Kirkland Signature Vodka + Soda Review

I’ve previously reviewed the Kirkland Signature Hard Seltzer from Costco, but I’d never tried the Kirkland Signature Vodka + Soda. When we spotted it in Maui, we decided to pick up a pack, especially because it’s made with real fruit juice. Could this become our new favorite summer beverage from Costco? Read on to find out!

Location in Store

I found this vodka and soda in the liquor section of Costco beside the Kirkland Signature Lager and the White Claw. The item number is 1815455.

Taste

I tried all three flavors and took notes on each one. I enjoyed all of them, but peach is my favorite. Before trying the Kirkland Signature Vodka + Soda, my go-to pre-mixed cocktail was High Noon, but these are just as good.

Peach is very tasty and flavorful, with no artificial taste. It’s like peach juice with the perfect amount of peach flavor. I would rate this one 10/10.

Watermelon is also really good, though not quite as good as the peach. It has a nice level of sweetness and is very refreshing.

Pineapple is my least favorite, but it’s still not bad. It’s just not as flavorful as the others, though it still tastes natural with a nice amount of sweetness.

Cost

The box contains 18 cans, each holding 355 milliliters, and costs $38.99 USD, which seems reasonable. That works out to just over $2.16 USD per can.

Nutrition

The Costco Vodka + Soda is gluten-free and contains no added sugar. It’s made with real fruit juice, which I actually prefer over artificial sweeteners. I’d rather have a small amount of sugar in a drink that tastes good than an artificially sweetened drink that tastes overly sweet. Each can contains 100 calories, which is similar to Kirkland Signature Hard Seltzer and Vizzy Hard Seltzer.

Serving Suggestion

This is a great beverage to enjoy on a hot summer day or to bring along on a camping trip. I think it would also be a hit at any party or barbecue. It pairs well with grilled foods, and I especially enjoy it as a pre-dinner cocktail with a few chips or nuts.

Scoring

Taste: 9/10

Cost: 8/10
