These Costco spicy dill pickle chips are full of flavor and heat!

I absolutely love dill pickle anything so when I saw Costco carrying these Miss Vickie’s Spicy Dill Pickle Chips I had to try them! Miss Vickie’s is also one of my favorite brand of chips, I love how thick and crispy they are.

If you haven’t already tried the Costco Taylor Farm’s Dill Pickle Salad, I highly recommend you do. Some other chips I love from Costco are the Costco Sweet Maui Onion Kettle Chips, Costco Kirkland Signature Kettle Brand Krinkle Cut Himalayan Salt Potato Chips and the Costco Kirkland Signature Organic Que Pasa Tortilla Chips.

Taste

Dill pickle and heat are a tasty combination! These chips have a ton of flavor and are definitely spicy! I can’t handle a lot of heat so I can only eat a few of these. The heat doesn’t hit at first, at first you get a strong dill pickle flavor, then the heat hits and lingers!

Thick, hard and crunchy with a ton of flavor!

The texture of the chips is thick, hard and super crunchy like kettle cooked chips are! If you eat a whole bunch of these, you’re going to have a sore mouth. If you don’t like dill pickle flavor and hot food, skip these.

Cost

For a 572 gram bag of Miss Vickie’s Spicy Dill Pickle Chips at Costco the cost is $6.49 Canadian which isn’t bad for a large bag of chips!

No added preservatives, artificial flavors or colours.

Convenience

These are a great snack alone and they also taste amazing paired with a cooling dill pickle chip dip or sour cream based dip. I also put a few in a sandwich for additional flavor and crunch.

The chip bag does not reseal, I use a clothes pin on my mind. The best before date listed on the chips is about two months from when we purchased them.

  1. I love Miss Vickie’s Spicy Dill Pickle chips! When I saw a jumbo bag at Costco, it called out to me! So glad I got it. I went back to get some more and they didn’t have any.
Is this their regular item they restock?

  3. Just a tip on sealing up bags of things. Buy a bag of elastic bands, they’re just great for closing up almost any package. I used to buy the office clips but elastic bands adapt to any size package. Kudos to my 86 year old mom who saves the elastic bands from her newspaper😂

  4. Great review. I also love dill pickle flavor. I would be tempted to eat way too many of these. Maybe the kick of heat would help me eat just a serving. At close to 10 calories per chip or so, I best leave these for someone else!

    Thanks!
