Lately I’ve been reviewing more keto products on the blog and I’m pleasently surprised by how many of them actually taste pretty good! Today I’m reviewing the Costco innofoods Keto Granola! ‘

I’m a granola fanatic and I’ve tried basically every granola available at Costco so I definitely needed to try this grain-free keto one.

Previous granolas I’ve reviewed are the Creative Snacks Co. Drizzled Granola Clusters, the Autumn’s Gold Grain Free Granola Bars, innofoods Grain Free Organic Granola, Nature’s Path Organic Coconut & Cashew Butter Granola, Kirkland Signature Nature’s Path Ancient Grains Granola and the MadeGood Granola Minis.

Taste

I love that this Costco keto granola is super crunchy and a tad bit sweet! Not overly sweet but definitely sweeter than I expected. There’s lots of coconut flavor coming through as well as vanilla and cinnamon.

If you’ve tried the innofoods Coconut Clusters before that’s what the granola tastes similar to, the main flavor is coconut chips. Which is also the first ingredient listed. There’s also almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, pecans, hemp seeds!

When you open the bag it smells absolutely delicious. A keto dieters dream!

Cost

It’s $14.99 Canadian for the 600 gram bag of keto granola. Definitely not the cheapest granola but not completely absurdly overprced.

Convenience

The bag reseals which helps keep the granola fresh! The best before date is listed as a year from the date I purchased the granola.

Goes well with yogurt, sprinkled on top of oatmeal or just snacked on alone.

    • Hey Elaine! I updated it. It’s great for folks on keto but if you’re not on keto or just dip your toes in keto products one should be cautious of the calories and fat 🙂

  2. This is an awesome product !!! I have bought a lot of this and given them to friends with allergies. I love that there is less sugar and the taste is amazing. The sad news though is Costco here in Virginia has not had one on the shelf the couple of times I went . I even tried another Costco. Amazon does not have it either . I became desperate and even tried eBay but no success. Costco is carrying the coconut keto clusters that have more sugars and sodium less sunflower and hemp seeds . It’s is cheaper but 170 grams less than the grain free . Had I known this will happen , I would have stocked it up. I do hope Costco brings it back!!!

    • Hard to get, I’ve tryed many Costco, & they do not have them. That happens with a lot of good items they sell out all the time so you think they bring in more and it takes forever to get it again

  3. I really enjoy this Keto granola. !/3 of a cup with 1Tbsp of 18% sour cream is a yummy breakfast with my keto coffee, and lasts me through most of my day. I love that it is a Canadian Product and made in my home Province I believe. Wish it was available readily in other places other than Costco as I only shop there once a month. But so far have not found another retail outlet near me that carries it.

  5. LOVE this one! Eyes bigger than my belly the first time and I did 1/2 a cup instead of the 1/3 serving. Mistake because I couldn’t eat it all! Filling and with 21 servings per bag, not overpriced. I hope this one sticks around! I’ll be buying up a few bags to get me through winter 😉 Makes an awesome before bed snack.

  7. I love the other grain free granola from Inno Foods in the blue bag. I bought it all the time from Costco but they said they are is not going to carry it anymore. I’ve looked all over the internet and Amazon has it for $32 a bag + shipping do that’s far too much. I cannot eat the above because it contains Erythritol which doesn’t work well with my stomach.

    • You can purchase allulose from amazon.com. I got the 4 lb bag and even with shipping /paying in USA $, it was much, much cheaper than Canada. Check info about it, it won’t bother your stomach at all.

  10. I like the looks of this Keto Granola. I have bought the non Keto Inno foods granola before and it is grain free too, however it has too much sugar in it for Keto.
I make my own Keto granola as well and it is very similar to this one however has a few more nut types including hazelnuts and sometimes brazil nuts. It’s pretty easy to make with some powdered erythritol for sweetness, cinnamon & vanilla for taste and egg whites to help everything stick together. Bake it on parchment paper lined baking sheets.
I have not seen this Inno foods keto in my Ontario Costco yet however I will give it a try if it shows up here!
It’s somewhat cheaper to make it myself however not as easy as just picking some up. I can also mix it together with my homemade one!
